Elegant and concentrated Chardonnay from the high-lying vineyards of the Banghoek Valley in Stellenbosch. The 2021 vintage combines ripe citrus, peach and light tropical fruit with discreet notes of roasted nuts and vanilla from the oak aging.

Full-bodied but precise in structure, with beautiful minerality and balancing fresh acidity, which gives length and finesse in the finish.

Perfect with lobster, scallops, pan-fried fish or veal in creamy sauce.
