A clear and elegant white Burgundy from the “Marissou” vineyard, showing signs of cool finesse and terroir character. The nose suggests white flowers, lemon, and green pears, as well as a slight chalky minerality that marks the calcareous soil of Rully.

On the palate, the wine is sleek and precise with fresh acidity, a clean fruit profile, and a cool structure — the texture is light, yet with a clear foundation of terroir, which gives length and character. The finish is clean, inviting, and with a subtle, mineral edge.

Pairs with: Shellfish (scallops, oysters), light fish with butter or lemon sauce, light poultry, vegetable dishes with herbs, and mild firm cheeses.
Serving temperature: Approximately 10-12 °C.
Aging potential: Ready to drink now, but will benefit from 3-5 years of storage to achieve even greater complexity and terroir expression.
