.Santenay Les Hâtes 2023 is a classic red Burgundy from the Santenay appellation in Côte de Beaune, made from 100% Pinot Noir by winemakers Vincent & Sophie Morey. This wine represents the best of Côte de Beaune's cooler plateaus and limestone soil, which gives Pinot Noir both fruit, finesse and terroir character.

In the glass, the wine shows a clean ruby red color and offers classic Burgundian aromas of red berries – cherries, raspberries and strawberries – complemented by subtle spicy notes and a light mineral touch from the soil. The taste is elegant and well-balanced, with juicy fruit, fresh acidity and soft tannins, creating a pleasant and lingering finish on the palate.
Les Hâtes is an expression of the Santenay terroir: Pinot Noir with character, structure and finesse, without being overly powerful. The 2023 vintage appears harmonious and drinkable now, but can also develop some complexity with light bottle aging.
