Series C 2016 – Vilafonté

An impressive and complex red wine from Stellenbosch, made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec.
The aroma offers ripe blackcurrants, blackberries, cedar, dark chocolate, and a hint of spice and violet. The taste is deep and concentrated with ripe tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, elegant finish.
A wine of international class – powerful, yet silky smooth and well-balanced.

Ready to drink now, but can develop magnificently over the next 15–20 years.
Perfect companion for beef, lamb, game, truffle dishes, and aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: approx. 18 °C – decant preferably 1–2 hours before serving.
